Have you ever watched a movie with your favorite and head an unbelievable accent from an actor and you wonder if that is their natural accent? Well, I have been a victim too. But here is our collection of 10 Actor’s Accent that sounded like they from a different decent other than theirs.

Funny how you swear of a certain actor’s origin after listening to them speak for the first time. Not only the first time in most cases especially if they keep getting roles that demand they tweak their accent. Lennie James is one of my biggest picks after that role in ‘The Walking Dead’.

However, they are series of actors and actresses who change their accent to fit a particular story on a movie and here we list them.

1. John Hillerman

Top on ou list is John Hillerman who made his debut in the industry when he featured in 1970 American Delux color crime drama ‘They Call Me Mr. Tibbs‘. He played an uncredited reporter role in a movie that was popular back then.

The texas born son of Christopher Hillerman was for his freaking British accent while playing in a role in British movies or parts that demands British accent. John Hillerman could make it look natural when using British accent words. In an interview, John said, “My accent was so convincing that British fans of the show never questioned it”. “They believed I was a British”

Popular Movies By John Hillerman include;

Chinatown

Paper Moon

The Last Picture Show

Blazing Saddles

Born on the 16th of March, 1971, Alan Tudyk became renown for his role as Hoban Wash in the space western series which was more like breakthrough work for him. Many were tempted to believe that’s Tudyks’ natural accent as he could go on with some of the best British accents.

Some of the best Alan Tudyk movies include;

Hearts in Atlantis

Patch Adams

Wonder Boys

I, Robot

Serenity

4. John Lithgow

John Lithgow is the next star on our list this time. The American born actor may have deceived many with his Australian accent when he acted as Winston Churchill in The Crown. The musician, author, American actor, poet, and singer completely showed the world what tweaking self to fit in with the demands is like. Except for personal findings, many would still think John Lithgow is an Australian.

Here are some of the best movies of John Lithgow;

Dealing

Twilight Zone

Bob Fosse

The world according to Garp

Footloose
